I have carefully followed the instructions but the debugging tool cannot make the connection to the Slim Phatty, you can see it try because the power/run lights come on for a second but then go out and the failed to connect screen pops up.

Unfortunately, the Silicon Laboratories FLASH Programming Utilities for Windows does not support the Moog Slim Phatty.

The answer to the question is to use the "Read Memory" command in the Silicon Laboratories FLASH Programming Utilities for Windows.
